Method of use:
1 table spoon from the mixture is brewed in 250 ml of hot water for about 5 -10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 3 times a day before meals.
Ingredients:
St. John's wort (Hypericum tetrapterum), valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), plantain leaf (Plantago major), mint leaf (Mentha folia), fennel seeds (Foenicum vulgare), stem of wormwood (Artemisia absinthium L.).
